How we protect your information

Encrypted Storage

Your name, identity number and banking details are encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where local law requires disclosure.

Payment Verification

Every deposit is cross-checked against the payment gateway record. Every withdrawal triggers identity verification — we match your account name against your identity document before releasing funds to your registered bank account.

Login Security

Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We monitor account logins for unusual activity and can lock your account if we detect unauthorized access attempts. You can reset your password anytime in Settings.

Your account data stays on file for the life of your membership. After you close your account, we retain records for 12 months for regulatory compliance, then securely delete them unless local law requires longer retention.

Request Your Data

You can request a copy of all data we hold on you — go to Settings > Legal & Privacy and select Download My Data. We compile and send it within 5 business days to your registered email address.

Your legal and policy questions answered

Your account remains active and your balance stays intact. We do not close inactive accounts or charge dormancy fees. You can log back in anytime and your funds will be there. If you forget your password, use the reset link on the login page or contact support.

Yes. Log in, go to Settings > Legal & Privacy, and select Download My Data or Transaction History. We generate a PDF or CSV file with all your deposits, withdrawals and game activity. Download it anytime — we keep 24 months of accessible history.

You need a valid government-issued ID — Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license. Upload a clear photo during registration or when you make your first withdrawal. Our system matches the name on your ID against your account details before processing.

Verification usually takes 1–2 hours. Once approved, DANA, OVO and GoPay transfers clear within minutes; QRIS and bank transfers clear within 1–3 business hours depending on your bank. You'll receive a confirmation email once the transfer is complete.

You can close your account anytime by visiting Settings > Account > Close Account. Any balance in your wallet must be withdrawn before closure. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened. We do not issue refunds on game losses — all deposits and withdrawals follow our payment terms.
